Coaching is a process that aims to improve the life of the client and focuses on the 'here and now' rather than on the distant past or future.
Coaching involves a balanced, mutual collaboration between the coach & client. It is rooted in the present and facilitates a thought provoking space for clients to achieve their goals.
Often, clients describe feeling overwhelmed and lost while dealing with infertility. Having a plan and tangible goals in addition to a regular space to focus on these can be a game changer and help shift a mindset from despair to empowerment.

Advocacy is the act or process of supporting a cause.
As a fertility advocate, I will explain, educate and equip you with as much knowledge as possible related to your fertility journey and particular needs. This, in turn, increases the likelihood that your voice be heard and that you receive the best treatment options available to you.
For example, knowing what to ask the doctors when you have a miscarriage or what to ask for so that you can make sure you receive an individually tailored IVF protocol… the first cycle around.
Having a fertility advocate can significantly reduce stress and anxiety.
Instead of worrying about your next visit, you are empowered, armed with a plan and list of questions.
